As the Page Turns - Evening Group meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
The evening group is choosing their book list for the coming year on Thursday,
August 26. Bring your suggestions and a short excerpt from each book you are
suggesting. We'll read the excerpts outloud and choose our reading list.
Coffee and homemade cookies will be served.
As the Page Turns - Noon Group is meeting on Monday, August 23 at 12 noon.
We will be reading Women Who Run With the Wolves, by Clarissa Pinkola Estes
over the next several months. We'll read a section from each chapter out loud at the
meeting and discuss that. Good format for busy people! Bring your calendar as we'll
schedule our meeting days. Bring your lunch. Coffee and cookies will be served.

Reading has been a passion for me my whole life. But the reading is just the beginning, it’s the sharing opinions and observations about the book that completes the experience. Since we have such busy lives in this wild and crazy modern life, it seems that sharing in a blog is one way to include those who just can’t make to yet another meeting.
