Harbour House Outreach
HARBOUR HOUSE OUTREACH provides follow-up, referrals, counselling, advocacy and support services for families exiting the shelter or other women and
children identified as "at risk" for family violence in the community who have not used
our residential services.

Funding for this program is made available through Government of Alberta - Children's Services Ministry, Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and Social Housing in
Action.. (See our links section).
Home visits, community visits and phone contact are available upon request with all
contacts being confidential.
CounsellingCommunity members are able to access support and education based peer counselling
services through YWCA Harbour House Women's Emergency Shelter and Outreach
Services. All staff working in this program has a degree or diploma in the Human
Services field. Assistance can be obtained by calling 329-0088 or in person and is
confidential. Crisis support is available for domestic and sexual violence situations.

Life skills development is available on one-to-one or in group presentations.
Landlord and Tenant Workshop runs the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 1 - 3 p.m. and the 4th Tuesday of every month from 7 - 9 p.m. Contact the YWCA
