Integral to many women's overall health
and well-being are fitness programs
designed specifically for women. The
YWCA offers a wide range of
reasonably-priced fitness opportunities for
women and men, delivered by a
committed, professionally-trained staff and
volunteers. All instructors are AFLCA
certified professionals who volunteer
their services to the YWCA. Since they are
volunteers, from time-to time our sessions may have to be canceled with little or no notice. We apologize should this happen occasionally. Our commitment to health & wellness is evident in our scheduling, programming and workshops.
The YWCA believes in offering fitness opportunities to people at all levels. You are invited to meet with the Health and Wellness Manager to assist you in beginning a fitness program or to receive advice about ways to enhance your current routine. What ever your goals are, the Health and Wellness Department is here to support you.
Child Care Services:
Are available on site for those wishing to participate in any Health & Wellness program.
