Hidden Treasures provides the much needed household items and casual attire for women, youth and children who access programs of the YWCA Lethbridge and District. Donations are graciously accepted throughout the year. Please call for details.

Sisters In Success (SIS)
Sisters In Success is a program that helps women entering the business world with new and used professional clothing, moral support and employment guidance using a mentor system. Call YWCA Lethbridge and District at 329-0088 to make an appointment.
Project Respect
This is a video-based presentation geared to genereating discussion about gender, sexuality, stereotyping, labels and miscommunication. Our Youth Support Counsellors are available to facilitate this session for teens ages 14 and up about what healthy sexuality means to them. This presentation gives young people the tools to set personal boundaries and make their own decisions about sex. Project Respect also helps youth get a clearer understanding of what is meant by the term consent as it pertains to sexual contact and helps to reinforce the fact that we all have a right to sexuality without violence. Sessions are arranged by appointment and can be scheduled by contacting Kendra at 329-0088.

A basic self-defense program for women that provides participants with real life options and self-defense tactics. R.A.D. focuses on empowering women by using the elements of education, dependency on self, decision making responsi- bility, and realization of her own physical power.
